By accessing or using Hungoo (“the Service”), operated by Codicore Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Hungoo is a free tool that converts files locally in your browser. You may use it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service to process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accurate, glitch-free conversions, we do not guarantee that every conversion will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Always keep a copy of your original files.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codicore Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including data loss, arising from your use of the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The Hungoo name, logo, design and software are the property of Codicore Private Limited. The files you convert remain entirely yours — we claim no ownership over your content.
6. Advertising
Hungoo is supported by advertising to keep the Service free. By using the Service you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.
